Michael W. Patterson, CFP® | Partner, Financial Consultant

Michael is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 security registrations through LPL Financial. He began his professional practice as a financial advisor in 2002. Serving clients, enhancing their financial knowledge, and supporting their life goals are the focus of his practice. He designs, implements and monitors financial plans utilizing a wide range of investment and insurance products to provide risk management, estate, and retirement planning services.

He, with his wife Lynne’, have lived in the Baton Rouge area for over 40 years and currently resides in E. Feliciana Parish near Ethel, LA. Their son Christopher, his wife Emily, and three grandchildren live nearby in Zachary, LA. He has been involved in various civic and community organizations including: Mary Bird Perkins Development and Golf Committee- Chairman 2012, Louisiana Ducks Unlimited 2014 State Chairman, and currently serves on various national, state, and local committees of Ducks Unlimited. He is an avid outdoorsman and, he hunts ducks!

Michaela joined the firm in January 2022. She has previously worked in Human Resources, business management and customer service. She provides administrative support to financial consultants Perry Dougherty, Michael Patterson and Blake Price, including marketing, operations and client customer service needs. Michaela lives in Geismar with her husband Cody and their three kids: Levens, Alexis and Elizabeth.
