Blue Ribbon Soriee'

Started in 2011, the Blue Ribbon Soriee' is an event that supports the efforts of Dr. Oliver Sartor, a world-renowned prostate cancer expert and the only medical oncologist in Louisiana specializing in advanced prostate cancer.  All funds raised at the event's silent and live auction benefit Dr. Sartor's prostate cancer research at Tulane Cancer Center. We are proud to have been a part of the fund raising efforts since 2011. The Partners, advisors, and staff members have been in attendance every year, in addition to Advertising in the Program and providing Auction items.

Walk a Mile in Her Shoes

There is an old saying: "You can’t really understand another person’s experience until you've walked a mile in their shoes." Our advisors did "Walk a Mile in Her Shoes"…… meaning they walked a mile in women’s heels. They joined Hiller Moore III, 19th Judicial District Attorney, Judges, Attorneys and other professional men that want to take a stand against sexual violence against women. The event is sponsored by The Sexual Trauma Awareness and Response Center (STAR), a non-profit agency committed to ending sexual violence. They provide an empathetic support system and promote rape prevention education and awareness in the Baton Rouge community. We applaud our advisors for participating in and donating over $1,100.00 to assist in making Baton Rouge a safer place for women.

Susan G. Komen Walk March 2014- Investing in a Cure

Our firm rallied around Kendra aka "Kennie" once we were informed that she had Stage 4 Breast Cancer.  Being a working, single mother of 3 children, she was not prepared for heath complications in her busy life.  However; with a positive attitude and support from family, friends, coworkers and our firm, she bravely accepted this challenge with courage and dignity.  The advisors and staff  provided her family with meals during her treatment.  In addition, we decided to walk in the March 2014 Susan G. Komen Walk for the Cure as "Team Kennie".  It was an honor to be a part of her journey in beating this disease and raising money for a cure.  Kennie is now Cancer Free!
